Portable Shot Blasting Machine also known as a shot blasting hopper is a machine that is moveable i.e. can be moved from one place to another depending upon its usage. A regulated stream of abrasive shot material is propelled towards the metallic or steel surface that needs to be shot blasted as part of this blasting procedure. A Abrasive shot blasting wheel is located in the center of the machine. As soon as the wheel starts to rotate, the metallic abrasives or shot media are channeled towards the center. If the mushroom valve is opened the abrasive will get transferred to the blast generator for blasting. From the mixing tube, the abrasive is provided away by compressed air to the sand blasting nozzle for blasting. The residual media is recycled by returning it to the blasting hopper for storage, where the particles can be saved for future use.
